- The UPS is guaranteed against manufacturing defects and any material defects likely to adversely affect safety quality. The part acknowledged by INFOSEC Communication as being defective will, at its convenience, be replaced or repaired free of charge.
- The guarantee will not cover the following cases: natural disaster, water damage, electrical damage (overvoltage, overload, lightning, etc…), abnormal or abusive use, accident due to transporting or moving equipment, non-compliance with the commissioning instructions, non-compliance with the nominal power (excessive overload), modifying or adapting non-original parts or accessories, repair outside our workshops or our dealership workshops
- The guarantee does not bind INFOSEC Communication in any way nor give rise, for any reason whatsoever, to a request for compensation or damages.
- Second hand or depreciated equipment supplies as well as used equipment repairs are always undertaken without any guarantee.
- Exchange, repair or modification of a part during the guarantee period can only service to extend the said period.
- Given the special characteristics of IT equipment, the company can in no way be held responsible for any damage caused by the equipment, software and computing data regardless of the medium. This exclusion also applies to any direct or indirect consequences sustained by the buyer due to damage to IT equipment. Free insurance for the connected equipment can be taken out by the buyer for some products, when it is stipulated on the packaging and instructions, on the siteweb: www.infosec.fr
