The principle of Line Interactive technology is improved since the input voltage is controlled and filtered by the UPS before being delivered to the equipment.
The current provided is therefore of better quality. A voltage regulator allows you to continue to provide quality current during large variations and without using batteries whose wear is dependent on the number of charge cycles. The presence of a filter and a surge arrester increase security.
When there’s a power cut, the UPS goes into battery mode (switching time <2ms) and a communication software carries out file backups and program shutdowns.
Line Interactive technology is recommended in areas where the mains power is moderately disrupted (commercial or rural areas) and also to protect servers, CAD/CADD applications and small accounts.
